Note:
a. Thick fog with visibility of about 5 kilometers; or strong sunlight and flashing heat flow.
b. Mist, visibility of about 20 kilometers; or moderate sunlight, slight heat flow flicker.
c. Cloudy, no fog, visibility of about 40 kilometers; no heat flow flicker.
